We handed over a few VAC machines for healing shrapnel wounds earlier. Every VAC machine goes with one disposable canister for one patient, sometimes a couple of canisters for one patient. The cost of the one disposable canister is ~40-45 Euro. The cost and lags in supplies to Ukraine, urge desperate doctors to make canisters re-usable. They drill wholes for further washing and disinfection. This process takes a doctorโs time and can sound like something unbelievable to their foreign colleagues.
We want to save doctors precious time and cover the needs of two hospitals with 50 disposable canisters each.
